I Autonomous Police have issued a search warrant for a 42 year old man on suspicion of defrauding dozens of people offering Thailand travel online, according to police sources reported.
Through a website, Peer M.A. Thailand travel offered for between 600 and 2,400 Euros, and interested users pay a fee for booking the trip on the promise that they would receive with information from the trip.
As we approached the day of travel, customers were not informed and they tried to contact by telephone through the contact that appeared on the web do not answer anyone.
Defrauded customers from different populations of Catalonia (Sabadell, El Part, Barcelona and Tortola) and Esaki, Valencia, Almeria, Madrid, Sagunto, Merida, Tenerife, Seville, Mostoles, Alicante and Cadiz.
The Autonomous received a total of 30 complaints in Catalonia defrauded customers, with a total amount of 30,000 Euros, but it is suspected that there might be some 1,000 victims throughout the state.
